Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, mobile number (and email if you sign in with Google), and what you enter in your profile or tuition posts. Tutors may also upload a photo and an ID document for verification.

Who sees what

Tuition posts are public without your name, number or exact address. Your number and exact address are shared only with a tutor you shortlist, and a shortlisted tutor’s number only with you.

Verified tutors have a public profile (name, photo, institution, subjects, area). ID documents are never shown to anyone except our verification team.

Why we use it

To match tuitions with tutors, send you notifications and SMS codes, keep the service safe (e.g. stopping fraud), and improve it. We do not sell your data.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. Your profile and posts are removed; some records may be kept for a limited time where the law or safety requires it.
